Nuvo Central Park is undergoing a redevelopment project that will introduce 444 new residences to the area. The development comprises a tower with 358 condominiums, featuring a diverse unit mix including 39 studios, 156 one-bedroom units, 117 two-bedroom units, and 42 three-bedroom units. Additionally, there are four townhouse units located along Wilson Avenue, and 78 units specifically designed to be adaptable for individuals with mobility challenges. The project aims to provide a range of housing options to meet the needs of a diverse community.
