On the second floor, accessed from Pender Street, will be 2,791 SqFt of commercial space and 1,753 SqFt of amenity space for a lounge and a special events room with a 180 SqFt outdoor landscaped terrace.
Three levels of underground parking have been proposed to provide 42 residential, three commercial, and one handicapped vehicle parking spots. There will also be 32 residential bicycle parking stalls and one commercial bicycle stall with two clothing lockers. The building will be serviced with one Class A loading bay.
